February is the month for Adamahnik press! Sue Fishkoff, who some may remember from her presence at the schecting last fall as well as from the numerous articles she has written about Aitan, the goats and the “greening” of kashrut, has written a beautiful piece on Jewish farming. The article, “Farming the Land, Torah in Hand”, features ADAMAH celebrity couple Naf Hanau and Anna Stevenson, as well as Aitan Mizrahi, Tali Weinberg, Jewish Farm School and Kayam Farm at Pearlstone.
