Beans are amazing!

I received the inspiration for this post as soon as I set foot in the greenhouse this morning. Last week we seeded over 5,000 bean plants (dilly beans here we come)! Beans are notoriously fast germinators, and I had been waiting and watching for the first seedlings to pop out. This morning I was greeted by a bean symphony……beans everywhere, at various stages of germinating, growing so fast it seemed as though it was happening before my eyes. After recovering from my initial excitement I began snapping pictures, hoping to be able to transmit the amazingness of bean development through this blog post. Here it goes…..
