Thursday, August 13th from 2pm-6pm at the Manhattan JCC
334 Amsterdam Avenue
New York, NY 10023All Products (except chi)

ADAMAH will be sampling and selling our local handcrafted pickled products, preserves and artisanal goat cheeses and yogurt.  This is our first sales event in New York City this year, and we don’t Make it down very often, so take advantage of this exciting opportunity. Stop by, grab a quart of crunchy sour dill pickles, some fresh feta or a jar of blueberry jam. Hope to see you there!

All ADAMAH Pickled Products are made with vegetables we grow ourselves using sustainable agriculture practices, such as crop rotation, composting and cover cropping. Within hours of harvesting the produce from our 5-acre farm in Falls Village, CT, we begin the fermentation process. This guarantees a crisp, delicious and uniquely nutritious food. We practice the traditional and artisanal craft of lacto-fermentation to pickle our vegetables, creating a live-culture delicacy that’s good for you as well as the planet. Unlike vinegar-based pickles, ADAMAH Products are fermented in a sea salt brine, and are full of pro-biotic cultures, antioxidants and enzymes. They support proper digestion, aid in nutrient absorption, and strengthen your immune system.

We are creating a food business that models sustainability. In addition to our farming practices, we run our farm trucks and tractors on alternative fuels, and have made a commitment to sell our products locally. *All proceeds support ADAMAH: *Cultivating souls and soils, people and pickles, ADAMAH runs a variety of inspirational programs, from a few hours of Jewish ecological learning, farm touring, cheesemaking or pickling, to week long retreats and 3-month fellowships. Check out Adamah’s website for more information on our programs and products at

We will be accepting payment in cash or checks.

ADAMAH Products are made in a legal commercial kitchen and are certified kosher by the Hartford Kashrut Commission.
