Hi Adamahniks! A few months ago, we started the Jewish Meditation Center of Brooklyn and wanted to officially invite you all to come join us at our weekly sitting meditation, events, workshops, and guest teachings. The JMC is a thriving grassroots community transforming the world through the cultivation of awareness, compassion, and Jewish wisdom. There’s weekly meditation sits every Monday night at 8pm and Tuesday morning at 7:30am (we share space with the Brooklyn Zen Center at 398 9th Street, btw 6th and 7th Avenues in Park Slope), “Getting in the Mood” holiday workshops, social events (walking meditations across the Brooklyn Bridge, “sit and knit” nights, meditation-infused happy hours, etc), and guest teachings by the leaders of the contemplative Jewish movement and other spiritual perspectives. We hope to see you soon! Check out the website for details and updates:

Blessings from BK,

Alison and Yael
