From Asparagus to Zucchini
This is a great book put together by the Madison Area CSA Coalition, a group that supports CSAs in Wisconsin. It has multiple recipes for each vegetable you are likely to receive in your share.
Farmer John’s Cookbook
The first farm internship I ever did was at Angelic Organics which created this book and the documentary The Real Dirt on Farmer John. The cookbook is geared toward CSA customers and has a lot of great information. The highlight of the book is a photo in which I star! I am bent over picking corn so you can’t really tell it is me but all the same I consider myself famous for being in it.
Local Flavors
Also a great resource for seasonal cooking.
There are many more amazing cookbooks out there on seasonal cooking so keep an eye out.
